JAZZ scrapbook page

NFS.  This is one of the first scrapbook pages I ever made.  JAZZ theme from Billy's college days.  I drew and painted the music characters.  I find it challenging to make decisions about where to place pictures and accents on a scrapbook page.  I'll play with it for days before finally gluing something down!  Won 3rd place in Grove City's Arts in the Alley in 2006.

3 hand painted baskets

Snowman basket

SOLD.  Snowman and cardinal painted on a basket lid.  The baskets with lids are great surfaces and make a great piece of functional art.  I also add a fabric lining and a fabric handle tie.  A snowman collector bought this one.

Crow and Sunflower

SOLD.  SOLD.  SOLD.  A very simple country, folk art design that's easy to paint.  I painted it on several surfaces.  The wood bowl with handle was a thrift store find.

Wood snowman angel ornament

A simple folk art snowman angel ornament cut from 1" pine.  Add a scarf from scrap wool, some simple wings, a rusty metal star, and a wire hanger.
